(6)Features and uses: the product has soft texture, good permeability. It is widely used in advanced art, maps, pictures, books and other high-grade books. It is resistant to water and worms. It is flexible and heat-insulated with flexible dimension and smooth surface, which is suitable for books and printings. It is widely used in fishery paper, nautical charts, punched cards, waterproof newspapers, record sealed bags, merchant tags, outdoor advertising, business cards and so on.

Product Applications
Comparing synthetic paper with conventional paper, its characteristics are beyond traditional wood pulp paper with better rigidity, water resistance, UV resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, foldability, printability, and long lasting.
The applications are more than traditional wood pulp paper. The main purposes of synthetic paper are as below:

1.Premium printing quality : Synthetic paper print-ability is better than traditional paper and could be a good alternative for various printing applications. It is applicable for diverse printing methods, including offset, rotogravure, letterpress, screen and digital printing, and can be converted into premium products, such as posters, books, magazines, catalogs, brochures, menus, business cards, maps, calendar, banner, aviation tag, and more.

2.Label & stickers : for bottles or containers such as detergent container/bottle, shower gel bottle, shampoo bottle, bottled water, beverage, wine etc. Water resistance and weather resistance are the advantage of synthetic paper which is excellent for various kinds of ice cream products, cold drinks, frozen food packaging.

3. Packaging : synthetic paper is suitable for all kinds of printing and non - printing packaging applications such as handbags, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic packaging, daily necessities packaging, industrial packaging, jewellery hanging bag. Other applications are packaging film, isolation paper, lamination applications, page liner for folder and albumEtc.

4.Other applications: coated thermal paper, laser printing paper, ink-jet color photographic paper, CAD tracing paper, industrial computer and instrument tracing paper, express envelope, paper fan, paper umbrella, paper hat, plate etc.

Our PP synthetic paper dries quickly and is made of PP plastic base material, which is then printed with an ink absorbent coating using our very own exclusive technology. The plastic raw material is completely recyclable, and the paper is divided into single side coated synthetic paper and double sided coated synthetic paper.

Our fast-drying PP synthetic paper has the same advantages as traditional synthetic paper, including water resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, however, the PP synthetic paper features an excellent stiffness and high ink absorbency.

In addition, it immediately dries after printing and can be printed on using ordinary ink and traditional printing methods. These features make it a better choice, rather than traditional synthetic paper which requires a long drying period, special inks and a UV printing method. As a result, our PP synthetic paper saves production and printing time, and lowers the production costs, helping our clients improve their client margins. 

The PP synthetic paper has found application in printing and packing. When used as printing paper, it is usually used in the production of labels, tags, outdoor advertisements, desk calendars, regular calendars, business cards, advertisements and handheld fans. As package material, it is primarily used in making envelopes.
